It has been 2 weeks that I've been trying to order a Call In One device. But there's no devices anymore. I've sent a mail to sales@SIPphone.com . No answers.
Does someone know what's going on ???
Will the Call In One be sold again ? |

If you've placed an order and had your credit card charged, you should probably open a helpdesk ticket.
If it hasn't been charged, your order may not have made it through the stringent credit card screening. You might have to order from some other vendor. |

I haven't been charged and this is the problem : it seems like SIPphone doesn't sell this product anymore !
So my question was to make it clear : has SIPphone indeed decided to stop selling Call-In-One ? |

| There may be a supply problem. I've heard several vendors complain about an inability to get these. I'm not sure if leadtek is phasing them out or not. |

OK, so it seems that Call-In-One is not for sale anymore:
http://store.sipphonestore.com
Btw, the D-Link router is now sold at a very low price ($60). |

Voxilla.com and Voipsupply.com have been mentioned in the other forum as good sources for hardware. Of course, hardware purchased from there won't come preconfigured, like it would from the SIPphone store.
You might also pick up a used, preconfigured unit on eBay. |

I went to Voxilla's website: they indeed do propose Leadtek's ATA adapters.
I would like to ask you just a question:
On http://store.sipphonestore.com, the Call-In-One doesn't appear anymore in the catalog, so I was wondering about what it means:
is SIPphone on his way to propose a new ATA adaptor ? or do they definitely quit this area ???
Do you have any information about it ?
Thanks. |
